Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Last Time Tracker helps users track the state of items or activities (for example: appliances, pets, medication, computers) and displays the time elapsed since a state change (e.g., "1 minute ago").

The App does not require user accounts and does not operate its own servers for storing your tracking data.

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for performance monitoring and crash reporting.

2. Information We Collect

a. User-Entered Data

The App allows you to manually create items, states, and timestamps (for example, switching an item from "On" to "Off").

• This data is created by you
• Stored locally on your device only
• Not transmitted to Plue Studio

We do not know what items you track or how you use them.

b. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google, to help us understand app performance and improve stability.

• App usage events (e.g., feature interactions)
• Crash reports and diagnostics
• Device model and OS version
• App version
• General performance metrics

This information:

• Does not include personally identifiable information (PII)
• Does not include the content of the items you track
• Is encrypted in transit
• Is used solely to improve app stability, performance, and user experience

3. Data Storage

All item tracking data you create is stored locally on your device.

We do not store or process your tracking data on any servers.

Technical analytics and crash data are processed securely by Firebase and do not contain personal data.

• Local Backup – your data remains on your device
• Google Drive Backup (optional premium feature) – backups are stored in your own Google Drive account, not on our servers

For Google Drive backup:

• A dedicated app folder is created in your Google Drive
• You can view, access, or delete this data at any time
• We only access this folder for backup and restore functionality
• We do not have access to other files in your Google Drive

4. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions necessary for its features:

• Google Play License Check – verifies your premium purchase status
• Google Play Billing Service – handles in-app purchases
• Foreground Service – keeps timers and tracking accurate when the app is running in the background
• Vibration – provides haptic feedback when interacting with the app
• Run at Startup – restores widgets and timers after device reboot so your data is always up to date
• Schedule Exact Alarm – ensures widget timers remain accurate in real time
• Network Access – used only for analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchases, and Google Drive backup/restore
• Notifications (optional) – used for reminders (e.g., item state alerts). You can enable or disable this at any time in your device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Last Time Tracker offers optional purchases to unlock premium features.

• All payments are processed by the Google Play Store
• We do not receive or store your payment information
• Purchase status and entitlements are verified through RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat may collect limited information such as a randomized app user ID, purchase history, and device info to verify your subscription. They do not receive your payment details. 6. Ads

The App does not display advertisements.

7. Children's Privacy

Last Time Tracker is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Security

Because your tracking data remains on your device or your own Google Drive, you retain control over it.

Analytics and crash data transmitted to Firebase are encrypted in transit.

We recommend protecting your device with a lock screen or biometric security to prevent unauthorized access to your data.

9. Data Deletion

Since all your tracking data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at any time.

You can delete all app data directly from within the App via the Menu screen. This will permanently remove all items, states, and history stored on your device.

Because we do not store your tracking data on any servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of. Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data from your device.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
